This is our sales follow-up a customer using SM terminal cable assembly case!
Some time ago, I received a customer from Shenzhen. The customer uses SM terminal cable assemblies. During the first sample test, the goods were delivered according to the requirements of the other company. However, after the customer completed the test, a problem was discovered: due to vibration, the contact was often very poor and difficult to repair. Is there a problem with our wire harness? No!
The reason is: SM terminal wire harness, the other side uses a small wire (SM2.54 connector applicable wire model is 22AWG or 28AWG, this customer only uses 28AWG), so the terminal wire connector hole position is relatively loose, when used, the shaking is small, unstable and poor contact.
After learning about this situation, our engineers immediately thought of a good solution, that is, there is an additional wire card in the vacant position of the on-wire terminal connector, so we have to solve the customer's problem. Because the wires are clamped together to make room for the SM terminal wires to not shake, good fixing can be down for each wire terminal, and does not affect the use function and aesthetic issues of wire terminals. Similarly, the increase in cost is not very good, which solves the big problem. Customers are satisfied.
