Five components of the electronic wire:
1. Conductor
Generally, the conductor material is made of copper, tinned copper, copper clad steel and other metals with strong conductivity.
2. Insulation layer
The insulation layer wraps the periphery of the wire and cable conductor, which is mainly used as an electrical insulation to ensure the normal transmission function of the wire, and at the same time ensure the safety of external things and people.
3. Shielding layer
The shielding layer is a protective layer that isolates the electromagnetic field of the wire and cable from the external electromagnetic field or isolates the different wires inside the wire and cable product from each other.
4. Protective sleeve
When the protective sleeve is installed and carried out in different environments, it must have components that protect the entire product, especially the insulating layer.
5. Filling
In the process of electronic wire processing, due to gaps in the conductors, in order to ensure the roundness of the cable, fillers such as cotton thread and mylar are added.
