And we recently customized and manufactured a new type of water filtration cable assembly for our customer.
This wire harness consists of RVVSP 1 x 2 x 0.3 mm2(brown, blue) jacket black od 3.2mm. RVVSP has better electromagnetic compatibility characteristics, it is particularly suitable for harsh electromagnetic environment, the installation distance smaller installations.
One end of this wire harness is housing molex 35155-0300 with terminal molex 08-70-0056. And the other end is 4182-3sg-300 plug (conn rcpt fmale 3pos solder cup).
And the water filtration wire harness has black heat shrink tube. Heat shrink tubing is a type of protective electrical insulation tubing that activates and shrinks when the heat is applied. Shrink tube is most commonly used in the insulation protection of cables, wires, joints, and terminals due to its durable exterior and tight fit.
