LVDS cables are very popular in electronic communication equipment, including computers and smart devices. These cables have great uses in network and analog video interfaces. According to the structure and requirements of the LVDS system, the length of the data transmission cable assembly can range from 1.00 inches to several meters (6-7 meters).
And we recently customized and manufactured a new LVDS cable for our customer!
The LVDS cable is composed of L1571 28AWG (Ts7*0.127*0.9). One end of the LVDS cable is housing JST DF14-25S-1.25C(equivalent) and DF14-5S-1.25C(equivalent) with DF14-2628SCFA(equivalent), and the other end is housing JAE FI-RE41HL(equivalent) and JAE FI-RE51HL(equivalent) with JAE FI-RC3-1A-1E-15000(equivalent), and terminal 3.2*5.7 ring terminal. And the LVDS cable has braid tube copper and heat shrink tube.
The LVDS cables are the best choice where low power exists and a large amount of data transfer is required. The main application of LVDS systems and cables is in computers. Before LVDS cable assemblies were introduced, the data transfer rate was too slow and cables used to occupy more space.
