Firstly, prepare for soldering, prepare the materials needed for soldering, such as: solder wire and soldering iron. The soldering tip of the soldering iron must be kept clean and can be tinned.
Secondly, weldment heating, the soldering iron is brought into contact with the soldering point, and heat all parts of the weldment, such as the lead and pad on the printed board are heated uniformly.
Thirdly, melten solder. When the weldment is heated to a temperature that will melt the solder, place the wire at the solder joint.
Forthly, remove the solder. When a certain amount of solder is melted, remove the solder wire.
Fifthly, remove the soldering iron. When the solder melts completely to cover the solder joint, then remove the soldering iron. The direction of the soldering iron should be approximately 45°.
