Our common wire harness processing bandage solution mainly play the role of wear resistance, flame retardant, anti-corrosion, anti-interference and noise reduction.

Wire harness processing bandage is divided into three types.
The first type is threaded pipe. Its performance characteristics are good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, flame retardancy, and heat resistance. The general materials are PP and PA, which are generally used in areas where high temperature equipment is needed, but the shortcoming is also obvious is that the bending resistance is poor, and it is not suitable for frequently bent parts.
The second kind is PVC pipe. Its performance characteristics are good flexibility and resistance, but the disadvantage is that it is not heat resistant, and it is only suitable for temperatures below 80 ℃.
The third type is tape. There are many types of tape materials, which are roughly divided into PVC tape, PET, cloth tape, PVC tape is wear-resistant and flame-retardant, and the price is relatively cheap. PET tape has the best bandage and noise reduction. The temperature resistance is about 105℃, suitable for equipment that needs to be silent, the cloth tape has the best wear resistance, and the temperature resistance is about 150℃. But PET and cloth-based tape have a common disadvantage is that they are expensive.
