Electronic wire harness testing is mainly for a preventive purpose, it is very important to ensure the quality and resistance of electronic wires. Here are a few points:


Pulling force: The "pulling force" between the terminal refers to the riveting strength between the two, and the pulling force is related to the conductor cross-sectional area of the wire. Generally, the first insertion force and the sixth extraction force are required to prevent the electronic wire from falling off easily, but different electronic wire indicators are different.


Swing test: Fix the electronic wire on the swing machine and add a certain load. Swing left and right during the test. After a certain number of times, check the wire breakage rate and check the total number of swings. It can automatically count until the wire breaks and cannot be energized. It can automatically stop the operation, which is most common on intelligent manipulators and other machines.


Salt spray test: The salt spray generator sprays salt spray into the box after the wire is energized to conduct the salt spray test. After a certain period of time, the wire is removed, the surface corrosion is observed, and its performance is tested. It is of great importance to the equipment operating in some special environments.
