Although there are many types of wire harnesses, the composition of the wire harness is basically the same, so how much do you know about the composition of the wire harness?
The five constituent structures of the wire harness:

1. Conductor, Conductor is the basic structure for current or electromagnetic transmission, the general conductor material is copper, tinned copper, copper clad steel and other highly conductive metals.
2. Insulation layer. The insulation layer wraps the periphery of wire and cable conductors. It mainly plays a role of electrical insulation to ensure the normal transmission of wires, and at the same time ensure external things and personal safety.
3. Shielding layer, the shielding layer is to isolate the electromagnetic field of the wire and cable from the external electromagnetic field or to protect the different wires inside the wire and cable products from each other.
4. Protective sleeve. When the protective sleeve is installed and carried out in different environments, it must have parts that protect the product as a whole, especially the insulating layer.
5. Filler. During the processing of the wire harness, due to gaps in the conductor, in order to ensure the roundness of the cable, fillers such as cotton thread and Mylar need to be added.
