During the operation of the electronic wiring harness, problems will always occur due to various reasons. Common problems include poor connector contact, short circuit between wires, open circuit, grounding, etc.

1. Natural aging or damage
The wiring harness operating time exceeds the service life. The insulation layer of the wire harness begins to crack slowly, and the mechanical strength begins to decrease. After a long time, it will simply cause short-circuit, open circuit, grounding and other problems between wire and wire.
2. Wiring harness terminal oxidation
When the wiring harness terminal is completely oxidized, it may have been deformed, it will also cause poor contact or short circuit of the wiring harness, and then cause the wiring harness to malfunction.
3. Faults in electrical equipment
Another situation is that electrical equipment is overloaded, short-circuited, and then the wiring harness is faulty.
4. Man-made reasons
