1. It has the characteristics of extremely good tensile strength and elongation, and it is also the best material for insulation covering materials with strong toughness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
2. As the density increases, the softening temperature increases, the tensile strength increases, the elongation decreases, the softness gradually loses, the toughness increases, and the impact strength decreases. Because of its low dielectric constant and high insulation resistance, pe has excellent electrical performance and is often used for coaxial cable or high-frequency materials. The weakness is: it is flammable, and the maximum execution temperature is 80°C.

3. The proportion of pvc is about 1.4. The surface is white powder. Water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, flame resistance and electrical insulation are all very good. Oil resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance are also good, and non-toxic. Therefore, it is adopted as a material for cable insulation and coating. However, pvc is a polar material with poor dielectric properties, so it is generally limited to pvc wires below 600v, communication office wires, and cable covered pvc soften at 65-85℃, and have complete plasticity at 190℃ at 120-150℃ The above is broken down violently. It emits hydrochloric acid gas, so the most suitable temperature range for its processing is about 150-180℃.
4. High shrinkage rate, easy to shrink in injection molding, good electrical properties, good water resistance, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance. It is mainly used as insulating material for telephone and communication cables.
