SATA cables are usually used to connect hard drives and sorts. However, if you happen to turn on your CPU, you will see many SATA cables for supplying and distributing power to many internal devices.
The SATA power cable has a power connector at one end, and the friction caused by the connector body is used to maintain adhesion. Generally speaking, SATA cables are flat and supply power to storage devices connected to the CPU power supply. In addition, it replaces Molex's four-pin connector, which used to be used in older computers.

Cables differ according to the driver type and specifications of size. Sometimes you may be able to purchase a complete 22 pin SATA wire that combines the power and data connector, but they are not so flexible.
