1. Some irregular manufacturers use recycled PVC for the insulation layer and recycled copper, copper-clad aluminum, steel wire or several mixtures for wire core conductors. The large internal resistance of these types of conductors is very harmful to electronic equipment, so you must pay attention when choosing.


2. The formal connecting wire insulation layer must be made of brand-new anti-oxidation PVC plastic, and the conductor of the wire core is made of oxygen-free copper, tinned copper or silver-plated copper by the method of air isolation, which must be manufactured through multiple processes and precision equipment.


3. The high-quality connecting wire harness must not only have good insulation and heat resistance, but also the core conductor must be twisted or braided in seven strands, so as to have enough density to reduce the resistance value, capacitance and inductance, and output enough current.


4. Judging the quality of the connecting wire can not only look at the size of the appearance, more importantly, we need to look at the thickness of the copper core inside.  Because some of the connection wire will be made extremely thick rubber and the copper core is very thin, it is mainly necessary to confirm from the size of the copper core cut surface.
