The terminal wire harness processing process is roughly divided into wire cutting, peeling, stripping, terminal crimp, tin plating, inserting shell, welding, casing, testing, appearance inspection, packaging and storage, etc., each station needs to complete the corresponding processing terminal wire harness processing operation, and then put it into the next station.
1. For example, the cutting wire requires the length of the wire to be within the tolerance range. If it is too long or too short, it cannot be transferred to the next process;
2. There are also length requirements for peeling, which can not damage the inner core wire;
3. There is a length requirement for the stripping head, which is directly related to the specifications of the terminal. If the terminal is too short and too long, the crimping will not be qualified;
4. The important thing for terminal crimp is that the tensile force must be up to the standard, and the appearance of the terminal has been inspected;
5. The immersion tin has full tin and partial tin. There should be no broom heads, split ends, big heads, etc., otherwise it will be unqualified;
6. It is also very important that the shell is easy to be inserted incorrectly and not inserted in place; there should be no false welding, false welding, missing welding, and wrong welding in welding;
7. The casing includes heat-shrinkable tubing, PVC tubing, winding tubing, yellow wax tubing, etc., with strict requirements on size and process;
8. The test includes continuity test, resistance voltage test, etc., if it does not meet the requirements, it is a defective product; the appearance inspection is a supplement to the inspection in the previous process. For the overall wiring harness appearance inspection, the unqualified product needs to be returned for repair;
9. Packing and warehousing should be reasonably packed and stored for each wire harness, otherwise qualified products will become defective products;
