The standard of the terminal wire tolerance range is mainly to be the first standard for wire cutting operators and IPQC to ensure that the product length can meet the requirements of customers. All wire cutting products, wire cutting personnel, and IPQC are applicable.
The following examples illustrate some common tolerance ranges. Tolerances of silicone wires under a total length of 100MM are ±2MM, the tolerance range from 100 to 200MM are ±3MM, and so on. Special tolerance requirements are determined based on customer and drawing requirements.
