Terminal wire materials - According to the use of different environment, select the corresponding wire materials, for example, the ambient temperature around the car engine is high, and there are many corrosive gases and liquids, so we must use high temperature resistance, oil resistance, vibration resistance, and friction resistance wire; the wire on the automatic transmission must be resistant to high temperature and hydraulic oil, and its temperature stability is better; weak signal sensors should use shielded wires, such as crankshaft position sensor and knock sensor, ABS wheel speed sensor, etc.
2. Terminal wire housing- The commonly used materials of plastic parts are mainly PA6, PA66, ABS, PBT, pp, etc., When designing the plug-in, you can choose different materials according to different requirements, and you can also add flame retardant or reinforcing material to the plastic according to the actual situation to achieve the purpose of strengthening or flame retardant, such as adding glass fiber reinforcement, etc.
3. The main material of the terminal is brass and bronze (the hardness of brass is slightly lower than that of bronze), in which brass accounts for a large proportion. In addition, different coatings can be selected according to different requirements, such as tin plating, gold plating and so on.
