Terminal wire harness is the network body of the circuit. The wire harness refers to the contact terminal (connector) made of copper material and the wire and cable after compression, and then plasticizing an insulator or adding a metal shell on the outside to form a connection. Wiring harnesses are widely used in automobiles, household appliances, computers and communication equipment, various electronic instruments and meters.

The terminal wire is mainly composed of four parts: wires, terminals, plug-ins and various accessories.
Wire: WIRE——the role of conducting current.
In the actual application process, each terminal wire manufacturer can determine the wire used according to the characteristics of its own products, such as rated temperature, rated voltage, resistance, and the amount of current passed.
Terminal: TM’L——The function of conducting current and connecting plug-in
In engineering, the terminal refers to the wiring terminal. The types are divided into single hole, double hole, socket, hook, etc. From the material, copper-plated silver, copper-galvanized, copper, aluminum, iron, etc. Their role in the wire harness is mainly to transmit electrical signals or conduct electricity.
Plug-in: HS’G-the role of insulation and connectors.
Plug-in is also called connectors, and they are also called joints and sockets in China. It plays a role in transmitting current or signalsin the wiring harness.
Accessories: ——Protection and positioning function.
In the terminalwire production process, heat-shrinkable tubing and fiber tube are commonly used as attached materials. The heat-shrinkable tubing can be printed according to the customer's product requirements. The heat-shrinkable tubing is mainly used for identification and convenient for follow-up. The circuit wiring of the terminal wire is accurate. The fiber tube is mainly for the part where the wire is connected to the connector, and the copper leakage part that may occur. The use of the fiber tube can play a good protective role to avoid leakage or poor contact.
