What problems will be encountered in the wire processing step?

1. Wearing housing line order-disorder
There are three or four holes in the plastic housing, more than ten or twenty holes. Workers continued to work for a long time in the process of wearing the housing, and the number of holes was large. It is easy to inadvertently insert the wrong row order. The thread that should be inserted into this hole is inserted into the next hole.
2. Poor cutting
In the process of cutting the wire, the cut is not neat and the copper wire is damaged. For this reason, we should adjust the knife value of wires of different specifications before starting the machine, and there should be an appropriate number of test machines before mass production.
3. The terminal crimping is bad.
In this process, the position of the terminal is generally inappropriate, the terminal is not completely wrapped with the copper wire, and the terminal is over-wound causing the insertion of the outer sheath. These defects generally occur in the operation of manual terminals, but the terminals used by automatic machines. As long as the machine is adjusted, the probability of occurrence is very small.
