1.Wire Cutting - Custom wire cutting capabilities for discrete wire, bulk cable and ribbon wire.
2. Wire Stripping - Stripping capability for multiple wire, discrete wire, standard coaxial cable and many other time of wire ranging from 12 AWG to 32 AWG
3. Crimp and Terminal Application–We have various Semi-Automatic machines as well hand tools for Terminating Crimps, Lugs, Fork Terminals, and Disconnects
4. Twisting Wire–Custom Twisting solutions for high speed data transmission
5. Connector Assembly–We have custom tools and methods for efficient connector assembly
6. Cable Bundling Solutions–We have the ability to bundle using Expando, Cable Ties, Heatshrink, or use Lace Cord
7. Shielding–Shielding Solutions using Copper Braid, Shielding Tape, Shielded Wire, or Woven Shields
8. Ferrite Application–We have a variety of Ferrite on hand to aid with EMI.
9. Labels–Custom Labeling solutions using self-adhesive labels
