This harness is composed of UL2725 1P*28AWG+2C*24AWG+ALB, and its outside diameter is 4.0MM. One end of this cable is USB a/m port with black PVC 45P, and the other end is housing molex 51004-7P(equivalent) with terminal molex 51004-T (equivalent).
The length of the heat shrinkable tube of this cable is 7.0*20mm, 1.5*60mm, 5.0*20mm. Heat shrink tubing is a type of protective electrical insulation tubing that activates and shrinks when the heat is applied. Shrink tube is most commonly used in the insulation protection of cables, wires, joints, and terminals due to its durable exterior and tight fit.
And the cable have a 10mm*10mm ferrite core. Ferrite cores add inductance to the cable. It acts as a filter and prevents high-frequency noise from getting through.
