1. The ambient temperature around the engine is high, and there are also many corrosive gases and liquids. Therefore, the wires of the engine harness must use high temperature, oil, vibration, and friction resistant wires.
2. The wires on the automatic transmission use hydraulic oil, high temperature resistance, and good temperature stability.
3. The wires of the harness on the luggage compartment cover should maintain their elasticity at low temperature, so cold elastic wires should be selected to ensure their normal operation.
4. Weak signal sensors use shielded wires, such as knock sensors and crankshaft position sensors, ABS wheel speed sensors, etc.
5. The ABS wiring harness assembly uses 150-200 ℃ high temperature resistance, the outer protective insulation layer is hard and wear-resistant, but the wire core should be greater than 133 stranded wires.
6. The power line, such as the starter alternator output line and the battery line, is a special wire with good heat dissipation performance and low voltage that can withstand high current insulation.
