The Micro-Fit connector series provides up to 8.5A and 3.00mm pitch, providing power in a compact package wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configuration. OEMs often require power connectors in space-constrained applications.
The Microfit 3.0 Blind Mate Interface (BMI) connector is designed for blind matching applications. They allow mating disorders (according to product drawings). In hard-to-reach applications, such as drawers or fan assembly trays, the connectors need to be mated and unmatched from being seen.
