Product Structure
The differences between PVC and silicone wire
PVC wire is only 80 degrees, and it cannot withstand high temperatures! If the product will produce more than 80 degrees when working, it is obviously not suitable. If the PVC wire encounters a temperature above 80 degrees, there will be short circuit, direct burning melting and other problems!
Silicone wire can withstand temperature 150-200 degrees, but the outer skin of silicone wire is made of silicone rubber which is relatively soft and not wear-resistant! Use silicone wire on the machine, as far as possible installed in the machine inside! If you really need to use silicone wire for outdoor installation, you can add a high-temperature fiber tube outside to increase the degree of wear resistance, or you can use Teflon wire!
