MX120G Sealed Connectors

Molex's MX120G connector system is a highly compact, sealed, wire-to-wire and wire-to-board interconnection series that provides optimal performance under conditions of humidity, high vibration and a wide range of operating temperatures. Designed for non-automotive applications in rugged, harsh environments; ip67 level, MX120G interconnection system can be extended to external lighting applications, including traffic lights and overhead lights; it is a more reliable and cheaper alternative to pre-compressed steel wire sealing.

The MX120G wire-to-wire and wire-to-board sockets have a single-piece pre-assembly consisting of a high-temperature connector housing, a male silicone seal and a strain relief sealing cap-all pre-assembled for easy crimp insertion. The standard through-hole male header has a pitch of 3.20 mm, allowing enough space for PCB traces to support currents of 7 to 10.5A on a range of fly-b* wire sizes.
